You will have two consultations with our Registered Dietitian who offers personalised nutrition guidance tailored to your unique health profile, lifestyle, and goals. The journey begins with an initial consultation, where our Dietitian assess your dietary habits and health objectives, setting a solid foundation for your nutrition plan. In a follow-up session, our Dietitian will fine-tune your meal plans and dietary adjustments based on your progress and feedback. Throughout this process, we focus on critical areas such as metabolic health, digestive health, weight management, and chronic disease prevention.
Psychotherapy Session x 6
Throughout the 12-week journey, you will work closely with our experienced Psychotherapist in six dedicated sessions, designed to provide a safe, confidential space to explore your thoughts and feelings. Together, you’ll set personal goals to address emotional and mental health concerns that may have been preventing you from achieving your life and health goals. Behaviour Change Coaching x 3
You will work with our Behaviour Change Coach over three dedicated sessions, each designed to empower you to make sustainable lifestyle modifications. Our coaches focus on identifying and overcoming barriers to change, such as unhealthy habits and resistance to change. Exercise Coaching 12 week Programme
A structured 12-week fitness program crafted for you by our clinical exercise physiologist designed to help you achieve your physical goals .You will start with an introduction to your coach and the program includes three online face to face check-ins to track your progress, adjust workouts, and keep you motivated throughout your journey.. In addition you will have access to in app direct messaging to communicate with our trainer for any questions you may have. Whether your aim is weight loss, muscle gain, improved athletic performance, or overall wellness, our exercise coaching offers the expertise and guidance you need to achieve lasting results.
Evaluation x 2
As part of the Core Plan, you'll receive a comprehensive midway evaluation and a final evaluation, both of which are multidisciplinary in nature. Our team of clinicians, including nutritionists, psychotherapists, and behavior change coaches, will collaborate to assess your progress from multiple perspectives—physical, mental, and emotional. During the midway evaluation, we review your current results, make any necessary adjustments, and ensure you're on track to meet your personalised health goals. In the final evaluation, we collectively highlight the improvements you've made, addressing not only physical markers but also any emotional or behavioural blocks that may have impacted your progress.
